Product Description:
UA5000 Universal Access Unit (UA5000) is an integrated broadband and narrowband access device. It provides quality voice and broadband access services and also comprehensive voice over IP (VoIP) and multimedia access services.
In the fiber to the building (FTTB) or fiber to the curb (FTTC) networking, UA5000 Mini MSAN functions as a multi-dwelling unit (MDU), which works with the optical line terminal (OLT) to provide the XPON upstream service and the xDSL access service.
UA5000 supports multiple types of subracks. Here describes only one type of subrack. For the appearances of other types of subracks, see Introduction to Shelf in the UA5000 Hardware Description.
